  • Grade 7 French class students for Mme. Rodger, come today at lunch to finish your Book Creator project please.
  • Business Is Jammin’ March Break Biz Kids Camp Registration is now live! The theme this year is Seeds to CEO where the kids get a backstage pass to the ins and outs of being a CEO and starting their own business.There is a pitch competition at the end of the week where they will present their business ideas to a group of CEO panelists from the community, but to get hands exposure to real-world business operations, we are partnering with a small black-owned business, Natural Butter Bar, for the kids to create something that they will be selling at Scotia Square at the end of the week. And yes, they get to keep their profits. Please check out our news feed and Twitter for the link to registration. 
  • Today for African Heritage Month we speak about Honourable Twila Grosse. Grosse grew up in Cherry Brook, Nova Scotia and graduated from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1983. She is a Canadian politician, who was elected to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly in the 2023 Preston provincial by-election. She is the first Black Canadian member of the Progressive Conservative Association of Nova Scotia caucus.

  • Sadly our female team had a loss last night but what a great season. Thank you to the team, the coaches and all the support for this season. MVP was Maya with shout outs to Marley and Eden. Proud of our Eagles! Please bring your jerseys to the office as there will not be a tournament upcoming.
