June is also Pride Month, a time to celebrate Nova Scotians from the two-spirit, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer communities and reflect on the important work of activists and advocates who champion and fight for equity, dignity and respect for all.
Scotia Suzuki/Imhotep are offering scholarship support for their Music Intensive Camp taking place July 20–24 in Halifax. Selected students will receive $200 off the $397 camp tuition, with additional support potentially available for students who would be an excellent fit but may still face financial barriers.
