Summer 2024 |Registration is now open!

Our programs are free and open to youth from ages 12 to 19.

This eight-week term runs from July 2 to August 23. Our summer programs run for a full week** from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 9:30 / 10 AM to 3 PM.

Due to the popularity of our summer programs, registration is run as a lottery system rather than first-come, first-served. This means that upon registration, individuals will be entered into a pool. You will be notified of your registration status after the lottery closes on June 21, 2024. If you have questions about the lottery, email info@macpheecentre.ca or call 902 469 2851.

• Week 1: Palifax, July 2 to 5 from 10 AM to 3 PM at the MacPhee Centre for Create Learning. 
• Week 2 and 3: NSCC Tech Arts, July 8 to 12 and 15 to 19 from 10 AM to 3 PM at the NSCC Akerley Campus.
• Week 4: July Mixed Media Week from 10 AM to 3 PM at the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning. 
• Week 5: Boat School from 9:30 AM to 3 PM at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic and the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning
• Week 6: Fashion and Identity from 9:30 AM to 3 PM at NSCAD University
• Week 7: Writer's Fed from 10 AM to 3 PM at the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning
• Week 8: August Mixed Media Week from 10 AM to 3 PM at the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning

Open Studio | June 19 from 3 to 6 PM

Join us next week on Wednesday, June 19 from 3 to 6 PM for our Create Like a Boss Open Studio and help us finish painting our stained glass door!

This is also a great opportunity to pick up work from this past term!
