You are invited to attend the16th Annual, Parent Student Information Session(PSIS).

It is scheduled for February 24, 2023, from 10:00 am-3:00pm.

This event is sponsored by the Black Educators Association (BEA) of Nova Scotia, Dartmouth Region and Halifax Central Office.

This year we are excited to be offering a hybrid model, to be hosted at the Wallace Lucas Community Centre, Lucasville, NS from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.

Pre-registration is now open and it is simple and easy to do. Please register by sending an email to events@bea-ns.ca and you are registered.

The deadline for registration is Tuesday, February 20th at 4 pm. We hope to see you all for this engaging informative learning experience.

Parents and Students will have the chance to gain insight into the Nova Scotia Education System, meet with facilitators of the African Canadian Education Services. As well as having the opportunity to review aspects of the African Nova Scotian Education Framework and the Inclusive Education Policy.
