• Last call for students that identify as ANS, to register for the information session tomorrow for students who are interested in creating change through participation in the CBSN Youth Science fair competition! Please check out the information we have posted on our website.
• October is a big month, in this month we learn about Mi'kmaq History, Islamic History, Hispanic Heritage and Women’s History. Each day we will learn something new. I invite any students or staff to come see us with any ideas they may have on how we can celebrate and learn more.
• Petroglyphs found throughout Mi’kma’ki, helps to tell the history of the Mi’kmaq people. This is how we learned that North America is known as Turtle Island.
• If you have forgotten your LUNCH today please let us know in the office by 10am, come by and see Ms. Hernon or Ms. Sushmita or tell your teacher so they can let us know.
• Healthy Hunger has a vendor on each day of the week again! Mondays and Fridays are The Lunch Lady with lots of great options.  DOMINOS Tuesday with pizza, pasta and chicken! Pita Pit Wednesdays and Kenny’s Pizza Thursdays! Place your orders a week in advance online!
