If you received a chrome book, you will have also received an agreement for it’s use by you at home. Please return that agreement once it has been signed. You can scan to email (jcottingham@hrce.ca) or fax to 435 8469 or arrange to drop it off at the school by calling 435 8420.

Office Hours:
If you are coming to the school pay for a yearbook, pick up a chrome book, instruments or student’s personal item, please call 435-8420 before coming to the school to make sure someone is available to meet you.

ONLY 4 DAYS to buy your Rafflebox Fundraiser 50/50 Tickets!! Total raised so far: $4,400.00 (this past October, we raised $5660)! McCarron’s 702 increased their lead over Leslie’s 805, Moore’s 704 is hanging tough in 3rd place, but Nadeau’s 703 jumped another spot to 4th place so they are breathing down Moore’s neck and they elbowed Shortt’s 803 down to 5th place! Doucette’s 902, Cameron’s 706 and Parson’s 804 had good pushes forward (well done!), Vautour’s 904 finally got unstuck. Will Mme Attig’s class let Mme Cameron’s class beat them? There are two classes tied for last place – no one wants to be last, right? Can’t wait to see what happens over the weekend! Standings follow (highest are in the first column).

Pizza party is up for grabs for the 1st place homeroom (maybe we will have the party outside)! And, we will have Ellenvale swag for the 2nd and 3rd place classes also. Spread the word, share our rafflebox website to invite friends, neighbours, relatives and old Ellenvale students to participate!

This fundraiser is to support our outdoor classrooms, our Grade 9 promotion plans, and, hopefully, to purchase more Chrome Books toward our goal of one for every student. Tickets are for sale until May 17, 2021, midnight. The draw will take place on May 18, 2021, at the school. The winner will be contacted by email and/or phone.

Planning for 2021-22 School Year:
If you know your child will not be returning to Ellenvale next year because of a move or transfer, please let the office know (435-8420) or email jcottingham@hrce.ca.

Bussing for 2021-22:
If you think your child may qualify for bussing next year (this particularly applies to grade 9 students going into Grade 10), please ensure your primary address is up–to-date in PowerSchool as the bus companies draw their information from PowerSchool. Please call the office at 435 8420 if you need to update or verify your address.
