We acknowledge that we are in Mi’kma’ki, which is the traditional ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq people.

From Mr. Lewis:
October is Mi’kmaq History Month. The purpose is to promote public awareness about the Mi’kmaq culture and heritage to the people of Nova Scotia. Take a look around the school to see the Mi'kmaq History Month poster.

Parents/Guardians - Lunch Program:
This is a brief outline of how to order student lunches just in case you missed it or were wondering:
We have 3 providers for student/staff lunches: Pita Pit on Tuesdays, Sunwich on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and Kenny’s Pizza on Thursdays. You can order lunches on-line and pay by interact or credit card by visiting healthyhunger.ca and following the prompts. You save a bit of money if you order multiple lunches at one time as there is a cost to process each order. This is minor fundraiser for our school as well. No more than 25 cents is added to the cost of each item to benefit our school. If you need assistance accessing our lunch program on-line, please contact the school office at 435 8420.
