May is Asian Heritage Month, an opportunity for us to learn more about the diverse culture and history of Asian communities in Canada, as well as to acknowledge the many achievements and contributions of people of Asian origin who, throughout our history, have done so much to make Canada the country we know and love.
It is also Teacher Appreciation Week - make sure you let your teachers know how much you appreciate what they do for you each day!
Attention all classes… This is not just a food drive for charity. This is the CLASH OF CANS. From May 4-8th, ONE WEEK your class will battle by collecting food donations for charity. Every item you bring earns points for your class: See the posters to see what each item is worth! Make sure to write your class on a sticky note and attach it to your item and bring it to room 215.
