We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years.

General Announcements

  • Remember that your coats, vests, backpacks, smart watches and cell phones should be put in your lockers each morning. These items are not allowed in classrooms.

  • The CAEP program is a free after-school tutoring program across the province to increase academic success for students of African Descent. The program will start on October 14. For the Woodlawn family of school the site/date/time is Caledonia Junior High on Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-8PM. Please reach out to ANSSSW, Mrs. Willis, for additional information, registration forms in the office, or check out the link on our newsfeed.

Band & Music Announcements

  • Glam Band with Mr. Mosher today at the 12:05 bell!

  • CBC rehearsal for the Grade 6 students today in the learning commons, room 212. At 12:05 lunch bell.

Athletic Announcements

  • Male soccer game today vs Caledonia at Craig Blake Memorial at 3:45PM. Go Eagles

  • The female soccer team had a huge win 9 to nothing. A great game played by all, Ayla and Josie top scorers but lots of goals had by all!

  • The cross country team will be posted Wednesday at lunch.  Practice for those who can make it will be from 3:00-3:45PM on Friday after school.
