We acknowledge that we are in Mi’kma’ki, which is the traditional unceded ancestral territory of the Mi’kmaq people. 

We also acknowledge that people of African ancestry have been in Nova Scotia for over 400 years. 

If you have forgotten your LUNCH today please let us know in the office by 10AM. We will try to provide you with lunch from the lunch program. Ordering is open on Wednesday for the two weeks starting October 20.  

General Announcements

  • Remember that your coats, vests, backpacks, smart watches and cell phones should be put in your lockers each morning. These items are not allowed in classrooms.

  • October is also Latin American Heritage Month. The month, proclaimed in 2018 by the Parliament of Canada, recognizes the diverse cultures, contributions, and accomplishments of Canadians of Latin American and Hispanic origin in Canada. Activities and events throughout October highlight the community's rich heritage, including their music, art, cuisine, and entrepreneurial spirit.   • If you haven’t got your dance ticket yet,  get it soon, sales are over on Wednesday at midnight!

  • D&D Club at lunch, please make your way to room 205 for 12:05 bell.

  • Male soccer practice after school until 4:30PM. Game tomorrow versus Astral at Maybank field at 3:35PM. 

  • Female volleyball callbacks tomorrow morning at 7:30AM. List posted on the bulletin boards.

  • Cross Country meet this Thursday at Point Pleasant Park - make sure your consent is in!
