On Saturday, May 10, the Black Educators Association will hold its nineteenth annual Regional Educators Program Provincial Spelling BEE with up-to-100 spellers pre-registered for the competition at MSVU. Admission to the competition is free and open to staff of EECD, members of the Black Educators Association, parents and families across Nova Scotia and the public. For more information contact Ms. Willis or check out our newsfeed.
We are looking for students to bring a dish for our cultural lunch. The sign up sheet is on the trophy case in the main building and the lobby in the modular. Cultural Lunch tickets will be on sale next week at lunch, bring $5 to secure your spot to try foods from around the globe.
