Grade 9 BBQ Planning

Dear Parents and Guardians of Grade 9 Students,
It’s almost time for the grade 9 BBQ on Tuesday, June 11th. This was an excellent celebration last year and parents helped so much in making it a success,
This year we are looking for donations of time and food/drinks from parents to make this event a success. We would greatly appreciate donations of the following:
•    Cookies, granola bars, or other treats (NO NUTS PLEASE).
•    Fruit
•    Water bottles
•    Juice boxes
We need parent volunteers for set-up, serving, cooking, and clean up. We also would appreciate it if a parent could bring another BBQ to make it easier to cook!
