During Grade 9 testing this week, parents and students are reminded that all classes continue as normal outside of the testing times. Please remember to continue to call the safe arrival line (435-8420, press 1) to report absences and lates. Thank you for your cooperation.

Grade 9 students have been issued 2 guest passes for their Recognition/Promotion Assembly on Wednesday, June 26 at 1:30pm. If you will not be using one or both of your guest passes, please return them to the office so that they can be given to families who are requesting more than 2 guest passes.

Thursday, June 27, is a PD day and there are no classes.

On Friday, June 28, report cards will be distributed and there will be a recognition assembly for grades 7 and 8 and sports award assembly for all grades. Students will be dismissed by lunch time that day.

If you are not going to be present on June 28 to receive your report card, please provide a self-addressed envelope, with the correct postage, to the office so that the report card can be mailed to your home.

All school library books must be returned to Ms. Jackson ASAP please.

Mrs. Cottingham:
There is a grade 7 Make-up immunization clinic in the library this morning. Students will be called down when the Public Health Nurse is ready.

I believe there is DND club on Wednesday at 3pm and that this is their last gathering for this school year.
