If you need to be dismissed to go to an appointment during the school day, please make sure you have a note you can show your teacher so that you can be released from class to meet whoever is picking you up. If you do not have a note, your parent/guardian must come inside the school to have you called to the office and to sign you out.

From Ms. Hann:
First choir practice is Feb 20. All new members are welcome to attend.

From Ms. Legge:
There will be a MANDATORY Duke of Ed meeting on Wednesday, February 6, at the beginning of lunch in Ms. Legge’s room. It will take up most of the lunch hour. Bring your lunch and a pencil and folder for handouts.

From Mme Leslie:
There will be a students vs. teachers volleyball game on Wednesday, February 6, in the gym at 12:15. Students on the boys and girls volleyball teams who are interested in participating in this activity are asked to come to Mme Leslie's room (202) at 11:45 to determine which students would like to participate during in the game. Only students who discuss playing with Mme Leslie will be able to play in this game as we need to plan for a reasonable number of students to participate. Other opportunities for other games may be available in the future.

From Ms. Doolan:
A reminder to the girls’ basketball team of their playoff game here at Ellenvale TODAY. Girls need to clean and set up the gym. Spectators will need a parent with them and are not to arrive before 3:45.

From Ms. Doucette:
Congratulations to the boys’ basketball team who won the game against Astral Drive last Thursday. All players contributed strongly while our top scorers were Ty Richards with 11pts, Jaron Gallant with 11pts and Jayden Brooks with 10pts. Great job boys! The team finishes with a record of 3 and 2 and will play their first playoff game tomorrow here at Ellenvale.
