Monday - Lunch – Drum, Woodwind and Brass Ensembles

Tuesday - Lunch - Grade 9 Band Rehearsal

Wednesday Lunch - Jazz Band

Thursday - Lunch - Grade 8 Band Rehearsal and Thursday - after school - Shrek Band Rehearsal 3:00-4:00 pm

Also on Thursday - evening 7 to 8pm- Information meetings for parents of students attending the Grade 8/9 Band Trip to Moncton.

From Mr. Lewis:

April is Autism Awareness and Acceptance month – we are encouraging everyone to wear blue.
Also, the Sister to Sister meeting will be held in the Science Lab at lunch and the Grade 9 boys who were contacted will be meeting in the Library at lunch – pizza will be provided to both groups.

From Ms. Leslie:

If you wish to purchase a yearbook, see Mrs. Cottingham in the office at lunch or after school.

From Mrs. Hamilton:

The Chess tournament will start this coming Wednesday. Please check the game schedule outside the library door. Please try hard to attend for each game!! Lunchtime on Wed and Fridays! See you then.

From Ms. Conde:

Any grade 9 girls who are interested in joining Techsploration, there will be a meeting in Mme Conde’s room (214) at the beginning of lunch on Wednesday, April 11.

From Ms. Doolan:
There is a sign-up sheet by the gym doors for anyone interested in trying out for track and field. There are 2 different sign-ups, one for the track events and one for the field events. Please print your name and class clearly. The first meet will be held on May 16 &17. Try outs will begin sometime next week. Any questions please see Mrs. Doolan.

From Mrs. Cottingham:

Grade 7 Immunizations will be held in the gym on Wednesday morning, April 11.

Grade 9 promotion picture orders are due back on Thursday, April 12, please.
