Today at Lunch - Grade 8 Band Rehearsal. Thursday after school - 3:00 - 4:00 pm - Christmas Band. Still accepting new members until October 20. Open to all grades and instruments.
Friday at Lunch - Grade 7 Band Rehearsal
A special reminder from Mr. Fraser that there will be Drum Ensemble, Brass Ensemble, and Woodwind Ensemble next Tuesday - since Monday is a holiday. Please remember to attend your ensemble class Tuesday, October 11.

Proofs will be handed out to students this week. They are due back to the school on October 13, Thursday. Photo retakes on are October 17 in the afternoon.

Girls Volleyball
The grade 7 girls’ volleyball tryout TODAY at lunch--9s’ today.
Yoga club will start next week, on Thursday, at 12:15 in the MPR room.
The girls and boys soccer teams are reminded of their game today at Brownlow. Girls play at 3:45 and the boys play at 5.

Girls Football
There is a new girls’ football list up on the gym doors. Next practice will be Wed. Oct. 12, 3 to 4pm.

Cross Country
Congratulations to all Ellenvale Cross Country runners who competed yesterday at Shubie. Our top runner was Makayla Boucher who was 1st in intermediate girls. Wish them all luck for next week at Point Pleasant Regionals!

Pizza and Pita Pit Lunch order forms
Pizza and Pita Pit Lunch order forms, which were handed out on Monday, are due back Thursday, October 6, please!! Teachers, please pass these orders into the office each day (no need to prepare a deposit), thank you.

Spirit Day this Friday – Wear Green and White and show your school spirit!!! Class with the most spirit wins an ice cream social.

Grade 7 Team Building
Grade 7's will be involved in some team building challenges on the back field tomorrow morning with their Noggins Farm Groups. Students will attempt to solve "Survivor" like  and "Minute to Win It" like challenges.
