Grade Nine Closing Ceremony Performance – Monday June 27, 2016 – Prince Andrew High Auditorium, Arrive by 5:15 pm, Start playing at 5:30 pm, Ceremony – 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Wear Band Uniform – Band shirt/black pants/black shoes.

Band students are reminded that all 3rd term scale assessments, theory books, and written assignments need to be completed. I am available for extra help today, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after school this week.

Please make sure to take all instruments home for the summer. Ellenvale Junior High does not take responsibility for instruments left in the Band Room over the summer.

Any girls interested in attending a volleyball camp at Mount Saint Vincent in September are asked to see Ms.Pike for a registration form. This is a great opportunity for returning players and for any girl hoping to play next year.

Even though, Grade 9’s, you are in an exam period in the mornings, you are still required to attend classes in the afternoon. Messages have been sent home to families to advise them of this.
