Safety Announcements

1.   To ensure safe movement of emergency vehicles and school buses into the paved area in front of the school in the morning, at noon and after school, students are reminded at all times that the paved area in front of the school is off limits.  At the bell, for students, this area is used only to move from the garden side parking to the front of the  school and then to enter through the front doors.

2.   As weather gets warmer, students are reminded to exercise caution coming and going from school. Due to heavy car traffic at bell times, students are asked to walk down Bellevista only – do not cross the street in front of school. There have been some close calls with students running across the street while cars are driving through the area.

3.   Also, for students who have signed lunch forms, you are reminded that you do NOT have permission to visit homes along the street or in the area and that you must remain in the gymnasium at the first part of lunch and only on school grounds thereafter. You do NOT have permission to visit homes in the area.
