African Heritage Month

I am the first black doctor to graduate and practice from a Canadian University. Who am I?

Every day for the month of February there will be a question in celebration of African Heritage Month. Listen to the announcements every morning for the question or check the board outside of Ms. Sparks' room. Write down your answer and drop it off at the office for your chance to win some great prizes!

Grade 9 Year End

There will be a Grade 9 end-of-year activity meeting on Friday at lunch in Mme Boudreau's room. We will total the data and make some decisions.

Intramural Floor Hockey

There will be a sign up sheet on the gym doors for intramural floor hockey league. Please see Mr. Emberly with any questions.

Girls Basketball

Congratulations to the girls’ basketball team who won their first play-off game against Gaetz Brook with a score of 63-8. Next game is on Thursday. Details to follow.

Grade 9 Trip to the Oval

Grade 9 students are reminded to bring in their permission form and no at for their trip to the Oval.

Boys Basketball

A reminder to the boys basketball team that they have a game today after school against Sir Robert Borden. Game begins at 4.

Goodminton

By the end of the day there will be a sign posted outside the gym doors regarding the Goodminton Team. Grade 9 girls who are on this list have a practice tomorrow at lunch. Information for Grade 7 students will be posted later this week. There will be a meeting coming up regarding practice times and dates.
